Students Douglas Ricardo de Souza Junior Douglas, Hector Oreliana Faria, Rafaela Oliveira Nascimento, and Francielle Gomes received awards at the 6th Congress of the Brazilian Society of Proteomics & Brazilian Metabolomics Summit, held from September 16 to 19, 2024, at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) International Dissemination Center.

Douglas received the award for best oral presentation, Rafaela for best poster, and Francielle an honorable mention for her oral presentation, all three of which were in Proteomics, in the Doctorate category. They are students at the Laboratory of Proteomics Applied to Inflammatory Processes at the Instituto da Química at USP under the supervision of Professor Graziella Eliza Ronsein, a member of the RIDC Redoxoma.

Hector, who received an honorable mention for his oral presentation in Metabolomics, is a student at the Laboratory of Modified Lipids and Redox Biochemistry at the Instituto da Química at USP under the supervision of Professor Sayuri Miyamoto, also a member of the RIDC Redoxoma.
